Threatening comment

Today i received an item i had bought off ebay at the beginning of the week.

The item i received was not as described.

I raised the issue with the seller, who complained, but refunded my money.

The seller then relisted the item on ebay, with an incorrect product description,  giving everyone my ebay ID and lying about why I had asked for a refund.

I pointed this out to the seller, who removed my ID, but continues to describe the product incorrectly.

I pointed this out to the seller and have now had the following message - "Don't bother sendings I will come and collect in person DO YOU UNDERSTAND ????".

I find the sellers last response, well, threatening!

Is it appropriate for sellers to suggest such a thing and in such a manner?

Hope someone can help as I feel a bit vulnerable since he has my address.

It is not acceptable and if you feel threatened that they may come then contact the Police

They take it really seriously

Put them on your blocked bidders list then to back to Buyer requirements and scroll down to Stop blocked bidders from contacting me

It will only be effective if you are not in a transaction with them

You could also try Report this seller by going to More actions to the right of the item and it is  on the drop down list
