Someone has listed my item using my pictures and they haven't paid me for the item yet?!

I have just sold my Brompton bike. The buyer hasn't paid me yet. I have just seen my bike now relisted on eBay, using my photos (weird!) the photos are of my house and the person has used my listing description. Is this allowed?!
