Sold the item and buyer has not paid and ignore my messages

Hello

I sold the car in auction 7 days ago buyer has not paid and ignore all my messages. After 4 days send my one message with simply text : he will not paid for the car because he not bidding for the car - very strenght , so why i see him as winner?

I report him after 3 days to ebay as non payer buyer but case its still open because i think he ignore not only my messages but messages from ebay as well. What cann i do? How long now have waiting for close the case, have been trying contact him with question to open case to cancel transaction but as usual no any answer from him...

I lost 17£ for auction + ebay will want charge my fee from selling but i don`t sell anything because buyer ignore me...How can i solve this?
