Any help gratefully received please. I sold an item to a lady abroad but postage was only for UK. I tried to change the postage but wouldn't let me and neither would it let me send an email address to the lady to pay the extra postage through PayPal. In the end I cancelled the transaction and set up a buy it now listing with correct postage costs so she could buy that way. A little while later I got an email saying an unpaid item case had been opened so went in and marked it cancel item. Buyer saying she is still being told she hasn't paid and it is still showing on my eBay as unpaid. Anyone got any ideas what I can do?
