Seller keeps changing estimated delivery date

I have recently paid fory first item (31/01) and the seller has twice put back the estimated delivery date & is not responding to my messages, how long should I let this go on?

Where are you seeing the estimated delivery date?   If the seller has an ongoing multiple item listing the delivery date on that will keep changing for their new buyers.

 

If necessary you can file a "Not received" case with ebay via More Actions again, or go to Resolution Centre, at the very bottom of any page.  Escalate to a claim after 8 days to get your money back.
