I bought a mobility scooter for my father using buy it now and PayPal. I got a message from the seller saying he wanted cash and was therefore cancelling my purchase. I replied to the seller saying I was prepared to pay cash and agreed to meet him on Saturday. He failed to turn up and has subsequently ignored three messages I have sent to him. I wasted £40 in petrol and 4 hours of my time. Because the transaction was cancelled, I can't leave feedback to help future buyers to avoid this guy. I can't find a way to complain to eBay to ensure my negative feedback is logged against him. How do I move this issue forwards!?
