Once again I can't revise the photos on my listings. I have items that are upside down, on their side or just in need of a crop, but the system won't load them up so that I can edit them.
This seems to be a regular feature and has been going on for months. To date I've just put up with it and waited until it did eventually load up the item for editing. However, the listing is perhaps 5/6 days into it's time before reaching it's true worth. I don't really won't to go through the hoops of trying to make the person at the call center understand what I'm saying, because they usually don't.
Has anyone any suggestions please?
