I was highest bidder on an auction with a bid that did not meet the seller's reserve. I dropped him an email to check and he now wants to let me buy at that price (essentially removing the reserve). The auction has closed. How does seller now go about accepting my offer?
Hope someone has an idea - I can't figure out how he can do it. Does he have to readvertise?
