I am returning an item but nothing tells me what to put inside the return to let the seller know who is returning it. Do I just write my name address and tel number on a piece of paper to put in it. Or is there something else I need to add please?
I am SO sorry - I think I have just found the answer. Hubby had printed off my returns label but I have just realised that there are TWO pages, including a packing slip - which I assume is all I need to enclose
