Please can someone advise. I make personalised wine glasses - a buyer purchased a glass from me on the 18th December and has contacted me today to say they want to return this item. Where do I stand with this as I thought I had to give a 14 day return on items but this order was placed almost 2 months ago? I would be grateful for advice. Many thanks.
