I bought 2 iphone cases(£4.94 each) from ***. I bought the item because Item location was Portsmouth. Item came on time , I put the case on my iphone but I did not get signal, and wifi signal . Its of no use,So I decided to return the item. I asked him and he said ok, you have to send it to china. I told him why not Portsmouth. But he said no Its China.
Its misleading the location information. If the location was in China, i would not buy the item in first place.
Then I post it though royal mail, but did not go with track option because its to expensive for china. After 15 days i asked him to refund , but he said he did not received them.
Is it possible to get my money back?
Could you help me how can i get my money back?
