Return faulty Item

I Bought a Motocycle helmet from Ebay, received it, Wrapped it up straight away for my sons birthday and 2 days later he unwrapped it finding it was of very bad quality and a piece broken, aswll as what I think must be a chiese size as the XL does not fit my 12 year old son...I measured his head size and compared with the listing to double check it and they are both 55cm so should fit but is way off.

I have asked to return it and they asked for photo's, I have done this and sent them, now I am being ignored.

Ive looked on the returns policy and they say they will pay for return post if its faulty (which it is) and I have not received a lable or anything.

Any AAdvise because it looks like i only have 5 days to return it.
