Resolving a dispute

I have recently sold an item , then the buyer was not happy with it and asked for  £10 pay back to her for a dry clean. I could not do this as my pay pal would not let me, then I asked her to send me a return request which she did. I encountered problems proceeding with the return procedures and the buyer then suggested to send me a request for a pay pal payment for £10 which I paid her and therefore settled the dispute. The return request is still open and I would like to close it and went into resolution centre but i dont find help there. I also contacted the buyer to close the return request from her end , but no reply from her. Please help me in order to settle this. Thank you
