Good morning,I have a seller who sent me fake goods.They now accept that the items are fake.They state that they are trying to refund me,but a aren't given that option as I have opened up a return item case,is this what happens?The seller doesn't want the fake goods back.
If I close this case am I still covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee.
