I sold my old iPhone on eBay, the buyer paid I sent the phone in the box wrapped up so no damage could come to it. It stated the problem that the battery dies quick. The customer received the iPhone a few days later he set up a case against me saying the screen was smashed the button falls out and it wasn't the battery problem.
eBay refunded him , sent the phone back to me, when it arrived the screen isn't smashed, the button doesn't fall out and how did he know it wasn't the battery that was the problem? He has obviously tampered with the phone to find that out. He has also used the phone because when I turn it on now it's in Polish and I now can't do anything with it.
