Hey,
I purchased an item and was sent the wrong thing. I requested an exchange, but somehow it came through as a refund. I messaged the seller (independently of Ebay) and they agreed to send the original item, although it looks like Ebay has automatically refunded the money. How do I rectify this, do I buy a duplicate item? Or is there a reversal option?
