Hello,
I have recently had a bad experience with a seller where I waited weeks on end and didn't receive the item I had paid for. After opening a request to ask where my item was, after a couple of days I was sent a refund with no apology or no explanation to explain what had happened.
I left the seller negative feedback relaying my disappointment, since this point I have received 3 auto-generated emails from the seller with 2 paragraphs on how to 'ammend' my feedback to help their Ebay shop and what they can do for me in return, which is just the refund I was owed that I have already received.
The emails are becoming annoying, is there any way I can block the seller or report the seller for harrassment. I do not wish to change the feedback and 1 email should have been sufficient enough.
