Received item too lat to send back, and now unable to leave feedback

Dear all, I recently bought a high value item, and received it 2 months later due to my being unable to collect before. However the item was marked in the lining. Having contacted the seller, who will not do anything as they said the the item was listed as used (but it was not listed as marked, and it should have been!) I am too late to return and am unable to leave negative feedback for the same reason.  Is there any other way I can leave negative feedback on this seller as this is unacceptable trading and I would like to warn others of the traders' lack of scruples. thanks

Update - dear all, just to clarify re a comment left below, the only reason I was unable to collect the item was due to unexpected severe health issues. Thanks
