hi i returned an android box from a seller 24/1/17 i wasn't happy with it and returned it back 27/1/17 i sent it 2nd class royal mail small parcel but had no tracking number to it...i asked for a full refund from seller who tried to fob me off stating they never received it..i sent them proof of 2 receipts with dates etc....and i can't resolve this matter,can you help?

I'm afraid you will have to claim from the RM. If you had sent it tracked then you could have asked eBay to step in. If you used online postage however, there is now a barcode that shows delivery for standard parcels.. But at present its only online...and not large letter.
Whilst it is possible the seller is lying about receiving the item... You can't prove that this is the case...it may well be lost!
