cancellation of a payment,

Ive purchased an item..paid by paypal, but the seller doesnt have paypal set up, so I will pay cash on collection, how do I cancel my payment, ive found the cancel button..but it just says refure to seller...thanks

Log into your Paypal account and check status of payment there.  If it's unclaimed there should be a cancel link.
