Why was I charge fee when I sold nothing only listed it and no one bought it. I thought you only pay fee when you sold it who do I need to speak to get refund off please

To see exactly what you've been charged for, open your "My eBay" page and go to account > summary > view all account activity > fees. You will find a detailed breakdown of your invoice.
It may be free to list items for sale, but some optional listing upgrades such as a reserve price (4% fee), BIN option, gallery plus or a sub-heading have to be paid for whether or not the item sells.
