Unfair feedback ruined by positive score since 2004

Can you help. I'm so upset. I have received negative feedback for postage costs. When the buyer contacted me I explained that I have also included petrol bag abs sticker. She never asked for any refund and left me negative feedback to be nasty and ruin my score. Is there anything that can be done pls to remove it from my good name?

You could try and get the feedback removed stating the postage was on the item listing and the buyer agreed to it when they bought the item

There is no knowing if ebay will remove it but worth a try

For the future you could try doing Free postage.

You add the postage to the price of the item so that a buyer takes the whole price of the sale

Most buyers expect the stamp price and just mentioning petrol and other charges does not help

You are in danger of being removed from ebay as your dsrs are very low

You need to try and get them up and the Free postage will help
