I am wanting to change the postage on an item I have sold. I have looked at all the help menus but I do not appear to have any of the options on 'my ebay'.

You cannot increase the postage unless the buyer has asked for a service you do not offer.


Just to reduce postage you go to MORE ACTIONS, Send Payment Details.
