Return postage

I am about to return an item and the seller is paying for return postage since he sent wrong item. He say he cant send me a potage label since I am an international buyer, is that true?
Cant he add the cost for return postage in the refund to me for the item?

It is true that an oveseas seller can not send apre paid  label but they could send the cost of the postage if you tell them how much

They may not do that so after the 8 days escalate it too ebay and they should do something to sort it out

Open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre and escalate it after another 8 days

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay

If you sent it back yourself then you have no way of forcing theseller to refund the postage 

All they are obliged to refund and all ebay can make them refund is the original payment
