If a reasonable amount of time passes your item's last estimated date for delivery, these dates are only eBay's estimates and can be a tad optimistic, they are not guaranteed dates. However, if it has not arrived then, open a case for item not received in the Resolution Centre at the foot of this page. Escalate after 8 days and you will be refunded.
Do not close the case early before it is fully resolved.
