Marking an item as paid

Hi I'm a seller of an item and the buyer keeps contacting me to mark the item as paid but it doesn't give me an option to do this. Can someone advise what to do. Thanks In advance

Hello,

Was this an item won and a collection only?  If cash was then paid,  go to the right of the item in your Sold List to More Actions.  From drop down menu there click on Mark as Paid,  and Mark as Dispatched.
