I ordered some thing on 30 0f January. I did not receive my product still which suppose to arrive by 14 of Feb. I opened a case but still nothing happened. What I suppose to do? Thanks
You have to wait 8 full days from opening the case before it shows you can escalate by letting Ebay know you have not received the item or refund. You will then be refunded.
