Is there a way I can email eBay to complain about as seller? I paid for an item on 20th May and still have not received it. The seller says they have given me a refund but they haven't. I don't speak to people via the telephone due to health reasons so can't ask eBay to call me

Scroll down to bottom of page. Ignore the fact that it's for a another question and hopefully they will accept a different one.
But Paypal refunds return to source of the original payment. If you used your debit card with Paypal the refund will return to your bank account which can take about 7 days. Credit card refunds return to card and can take up to 30 days. Only payments from your Paypal balance return to your Paypal account.
