Hi. Sold an item today which I noticed is to go to Switzerland. My problem is that customer has got in touch to ask to pay but ebay hasnt sent an invoice . Why havent they done this as usually I just send to their shipping site and they send on.I have never posted directly overseas as only started selling this way as could do so via ebay depot. Thank you
