I purchased a bed but signed in as a guest user the bed was really poor quality I was asked by the seller to send photos which I did the email keeps coming back as unable to send its too big so I re sent it smaller again it came back I now can't sign in as a guest user on their reply to email and item isn't listed under my user name as I purchased it as a guest user
How do I get round this as I am bitterly disappointed with the item and I only have three days left to try to resolve this can anyone help??
