I have clicked on 'Send invoice to buyer', but it says 'you can't send invoice for this order': "The item(s) will be sent using the Global Shipping Programme. As part of the programme, buyer directly pays international postage and import charges to the third-party delivery provider. The buyer will still be able to complete checkout even if you don't send an invoice".
The seller is in Italy, and because of this he asked me what the postage would be and I told him. However, the amount he is being asked to pay apparently by Paypal, is way in excesss of what I quoted him. I can't send an invoive, and he can't pay. What's the solution?
