Partial refund

I have sold a multi quantity item but don't have all the items. The buyer has paid via PayPal. How do I cancel part of the order and issue a partial refund

Go to the buyer's payment in your Paypal account and click on 'refund'.

You need to be careful as it will default to the full amount. Key in the amount you want to refund and then follow the process.

Paypal will give you a partial refund of their fee, however ebay won't as they don't deal in partial refunds.
