I have asked for a refund on a faulty item to which the seller has agreed but they are refusing to pay me back the postage that they payed to send me the item was £30 and postage was 2.50 so total 32.50 but their only willing to pay me the £30 back is this right ?? So I have to send item back and pay for the postage which I'm ok with ,but I want my full money back including postage any advice would be appreciated thanks
