It's getting close to 50% of cars I sell on here go to someone who then avoids me like the plague. It keeps happening on my ten day auctions despite my 100% feedback reputation and honest to a fault descriptions of my cars. Anyone got any ideas to reduce this problem which is the biggest threat to my business.
