You do not have to post if you did not offer that service.
If they have not paid then open a non payment dispute after 2 days and close after another 4 days to get your final value fees back
The non payer gets a strike on their account and neither o f you can leave feedback
If you have any problems then report them for asking for a service you did not offer
To the right of the item under More actions Report a member
You need to sort this problem out before relisting
Your items clearly say Collection only
