No Button To Push

Hello.

I have included three items from the one seller in my shopping basket page.

Because the seller has not provided any shipping amount I have been directed by eBay to request this information from the seller.

I have completed this request form, including a message.

However, when I come to send this message on its way to the seller I am unable to find any way of doing this. There appears to be no button to push to send the message to the seller.

Please advise what I am doing incorrectly or what I need to do to send this message.
