Long Collection Date

I wonder of you can provide some advice?  I have just sold a large item (double oven) as as such I stipulated 'Collection in person'.  Now that the item has sold the buyer, who has not yet paid has stated that they will get a courier to come and collect, which would be fine, however he is saying that this won't be done until early December.  To me this seems an unrealistic length of time as the item is now in the way, hence the sale.  I have emailed the buyer but he is insisting on early December.  Am I within my rights to cancel the sale and re-list the item?  If so then could this affect my feedback rating?
