Not sure if I can do anything but I have listed loads of things yesterday and today as moving house. I seem to have made a massive mistake, I have just had a message stating an item has sold, however I intended it to be in an auction for one week. When I have looked at the advert now it was buy it now. The item sold for £100 but we hoped for up to £300 as it is in excellent almost new condition, new one of the item is £500. The buyer has contacted me to arrange collection and has sent payment via PayPal. HELP! What can I do? I thought I had started the auction at £100.
