Laser level

Hi, can you please help me resolve an outstanding issue with an item un received .

i ordered a laser level at the beginning of Novemer from a UK based seller, unfortunately I have had to have contact with the seller numerous times to try and locate my item. It would appear that the seller is located in China and gave failed to deliver the item.

we have just received part of the item, being the tripod and staff but have failed to obtain the main required unit being the laser itself. I'm now at a position where I will need to start hiring a kaiser to allow my extension work to start.

i raised this item with eBay some 10days ago and have had to wait until the 27th to resolve. Please can you help me to either obtain my paid for item or for a refund.
