I have paid for an item but have not received the goods and my account is saying item not paid but I have paid via PayPal and have proof of payment. I have contacted the seller several times but they have not replied. I have tried opening a case against the seller via eBay but am unable to proceed as it's saying item unpaid. How can I resolve this issue and get my money back. Thanks
