Hi, I sent an item on the 17th oct 1st Royal Mail and the buyer states they haven't yet received it! I don't know what to suggest as I sent quite a few items that day from the post office and the buyers for those items have received their packages! I have lost the receipt for the tracking number too! Has this happened to anyone else?
