I bought an item on the 30th of August. I opened a case after it didn't arrive. Seller pleaded to close case as he was away but will now post item. I agreed and closed case. It's the 20tg today and my item has not arrived yet. Ebay system is not allowing me to reopen the case. How do I go about it seller is not responding to my messages.
