I have sold an item on eBay, the buyer has claimed a week later it hasn't been received and opened a case. Me being silly I didn't add a tracking number but I have sent a photo of proof of posting with there address date and time on that receipt.what can I do? Always on my page I clearly stated no refunds but here saying they want one because it's late and still hasn't been received I think there having me on
