Hi I am Justin Farrugia from Malta. Few days ago I advert my microlight plane on ebay and a person that I all ready opened a report pressed to buy it now but he never paid me for the item and he sad he is not interested to buy it after i lost the selling to someone else.
Now the problem is that Ebay want me to pay £78 for the advert that was only for a day and I never sold me item... I think fair is that the person who I lost my selling because of him should pay for it because it only was advert for few minutes because of him..
