How do I get help when a Seller does not respond

I have purchased an SD card that lasted just 2 months.

The Seller has de-listed the item, so even contacting them about is difficult.  They supposedly do not have a returns procedure,

They do not respond to any contact and the WBay procedure does not provide a way around this.

EBay helpline kept me on HOLD for 6 hours 2 minutes before I gave up.

What can I do to resolve this issue?
