Hi. Could anyone help please?
I'm a fairly new seller on ebay and sold an item as cash on collection only. The buyer did then pay via paypal but i immediately refunded their payment. I had then spoken to the buyer who seemd very guenuine and he was waiting on his courier to contact, that was 4 days after purchase. However, i have had no further conatct from any of my calls or messages that i've sent and can only assume they no longer want the item and it is now 9 days after purchase.
What is the best way to close this transaction as i would like to relist my item?
Any help would be appreciated.
