Had email from eBay INC saying an unpaid case has been opened but I've not bought anything recently

Assume it's a scam, as not purchased anything recently, and nothing in my messages inbox. Never had one of these emails before though, so thought I'd ask here in case anyone else has had similar emails? Also think eBay should know too.
