I paid for goods and after a request from the seller went out of my way to pay cash direct into their bank account and they said goods would be despatched the following day and that is over a week ago. I have emailed several times but seller will not reply to my requests as to why my goods have not been sent. I know its not a huge amount but do not think its right that somebody can scam £14 out of a pensioner via ebay
