Hello, Im hoping someone can help...
An item that has been posted through the global shipping program is not going to be delivered due to ''The parcel exceeds the size and/or weight limits for GSP items. The item will not be sent on to its final destination.''
Can i ask if anyone has any ideas if i can somehow get the item back and post differently to the buyer?
I have a return address label on the box already.
I knows its a shot in the dark but just trying to do best by my customer and the item holds alot of centiment to me having restored it persoanlly and the thought of it maybe being destroyed or lost deply saddens me.
