How would anyone know that it was you that had won the item ? Your identity is kept secret when you bid on items. No other member can actually see who won the item unless they have access to your account.
I think your account may be compromised/hacked.
Go to help and contact tab at the top of the page and search....someone is using my account
Follow all the instructions about changing passwords etc etc including Paypal.
Make sure that your addresses have not been changed on your accounts etc.
After you have done the above google Phishing emails...as this is the way most accounts are hacked/compromised.
